Mr. Nam Anh, Son, Hieu, & Ms. Ha I live here for over two months, I enjoy the hotel. And I like these people attitude and their service. Next time when I come here again, I will still live here because of them.
A 5-star hotel with great facilities. A big room and great view from the balcony (view to the river and city) for some room. However for international tourists, the receptionist doesn't really understand English well, as I tried to order Pho noodle in the midnight and I needed to put extra effort to talk to them. Didn't expect this since it's a luxury hotel.
Luxury Hotel, the breaskfast was very good, great variety of food and good taste. But I don't recommend lunch/dinner, very expensive, low quality service and very long waiting time.
It is a once-in-my-life chance to have a comfortable stay in such a well located and serviced hotel With your care and attention, we had a memorable trip to Phu Ly, Ninh Binh. Hope all staff and managers will run the hotel more successfully. Regards
